Can't make pvp chars - Guild Wars Forums

Each time I double click the pvp char option, it tells me to "select a campaign." I have tried restarting guild wars, restarting the computer, and even tried to double click the pve char option. Basically I tried everything I know to access the pvp character creation window. None works. This problem has happened in the past but I managed to get around it by hitting the back button and trying again. Has anyone else been affected by this? Is there any way to solve it or will I only be able to use RP characters permanently?

Edit: Sometimes my ranger appears. I just got an error message and Guild Wars shut down. Also, I have absolutely no lag but when I try to create any type of new character, it says "Connecting."

Did the massive update finish loading? If not let it finish and then try again.

There turned out not to be a problem, only that the RP char creation and the PvP char creation have the exact same interface. My brother "fixed" the problem.

Yes, I has fixing to say, the PvE and PvP screens are the same now, this was confusing you.

You have to pick all your armor and weapons AFTER you make the character. This is BETTER in the end, but its something to adjust to.
